Our team of nine board-certified internists is dedicated to providing comprehensive medical services tailored to your unique health needs. We offer a wide range of on-site diagnostic services — clinical laboratory testing, bone density scans, ultrasounds, X-rays, and spirometry — so you can be evaluated, diagnosed, and treated in a single visit, without the runaround of referrals and satellite facilities.

Diagnostics, in-house.

By keeping diagnostic services under one roof, we deliver the convenience and efficiency you deserve. Indicative self-pay pricing is shown below; insured visits are billed to your plan. Most major insurance accepted.

Annual Physical

A comprehensive preventive visit — history, full physical exam, and a personalized plan for the year ahead. Includes review of medications and risk factors.

$195 self-pay / uninsured

Clinical Laboratory

Complete blood count, metabolic panel, lipid profile, A1C, thyroid, and more — drawn and processed on-site, with results typically back within 24 hours.

$45–$120 per panel, self-pay

Bone Density Scan

DEXA evaluation for osteoporosis and fracture risk — quick, non-invasive, and interpreted by our physicians the same day.

$185 self-pay / uninsured

Diagnostic Ultrasound

Abdominal, pelvic, thyroid, and vascular imaging performed and read on-site — no separate radiology appointment required.

$245 per study, self-pay

Digital X-Ray

Chest, extremity, and skeletal imaging with digital capture — images available for review before you leave the exam room.

$135 per study, self-pay

Spirometry / PFT

Pulmonary function testing for asthma, COPD, and other respiratory conditions — interpreted in coordination with your primary physician.

$95 self-pay / uninsured
