Dr. Ophelia Sanders, MD, opened her practice on Palmer Highway in 2014 with a simple premise: that the best primary care comes from a doctor who actually remembers you. Eleven years later, that promise still shapes every visit.
As a board-certified family medicine physician, Dr. Sanders sees patients from age six to ninety-six — annual physicals, chronic condition management, acute sick visits, women’s health, and the small everyday worries that don’t quite warrant an emergency room but shouldn’t wait three weeks either.
Unlike the chain urgent cares that have sprouted along I-45, this is a single-doctor practice. You see Dr. Sanders on the first visit, and you see her on the fiftieth. Same chart, same handwriting, same follow-up call on a Tuesday afternoon.
