Annual Physical
A comprehensive yearly exam including blood pressure, heart and lung assessment, neurological check, and a review of medications and family history. Includes a written summary you can keep.
A small, unhurried internal medicine practice in the heart of Hillsborough Township. Same-week appointments, in-house labs, and a physician who answers his own messages — the way medicine used to feel, with the diagnostics modern care demands.
For more than twenty-five years, Dr. Larry D. Weisfeld has cared for adults across Hillsborough Township and the surrounding Somerset County communities. His practice is small by design: a single physician, a tight team, and visit blocks long enough to actually listen.
That deliberate pace is the point. Where larger networks cycle patients through in twelve minutes, Dr. Weisfeld schedules thirty to forty-five minutes for new consultations and twenty for follow-ups — enough time to understand the whole picture, not just the symptom that walked in the door.
The clinic offers in-house phlebotomy and basic labs, EKG, and spirometry, so most diagnostic work happens under one roof. When a referral is needed, patients are sent to trusted specialists across central New Jersey — and the follow-up note always comes back to a physician who knows your name.

Most practices talk about patient-centered care. We try to actually do it — with the small things that turn a clinic into a relationship: a human voice on the phone, a message back the same day, and a doctor who remembers your last visit without flipping through a chart.
Send the form below and our office will call you back within one business day to confirm a time. Prefer to talk first? Use the call button at the bottom of your screen — we answer the phone ourselves between 8:00a and 4:30p, Monday through Friday.
New patients are welcome. Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card if applicable, and a list of current medications to your first visit. If you have recent records from another physician, we can request them on your behalf.
