Dr. Joseph P. Cadet, MD is a board-certified internist who has cared for adults across Palm Beach County since 2003. After completing his residency at Mount Sinai, he chose to build a small, independent practice rather than join a corporate network — because the best medicine, in his experience, happens when a doctor is not racing the clock.
The practice is deliberately small. Dr. Cadet sees a limited number of patients each day so that every visit has room for questions, for context, and for a real conversation. Your chart is not handed off to a rotating cast of assistants — it stays in one set of hands, year after year.
Care here covers the full arc of adult medicine: annual physicals, preventive screenings, lab work, EKG, chronic disease management for hypertension, type 2 diabetes, cholesterol, and thyroid conditions, as well as acute visits for colds, infections, and minor injuries. When a specialist is needed, Dr. Cadet coordinates the referral and reviews the findings with you in plain language.

Closed daily 12:00–1:00 PM for lunch. After-hours calls are answered by our triage line; for emergencies, always call 911 first.
