Dr. Jestin Joy opened the practice on Flagler Drive in 2018 after a decade in hospital medicine across South Florida. The frustration was always the same — fifteen-minute slots, rushed explanations, and patients leaving with a prescription but no real understanding of what was happening in their body. The clinic was built to fix that.
New patient visits run a full forty-five minutes. Annual physicals include a sit-down review of your labs, your numbers, and the small changes that matter before they become problems. We are an internal medicine practice for adults eighteen and older — primary care, preventive screening, chronic disease management, and the diagnostic work that comes with all of it.
The clinic runs its own draw station on-site, so bloodwork happens the same visit, not a second trip across town. Most routine panels are back within twenty-four hours. Dr. Joy personally reviews every result before it reaches your patient portal — no auto-generated letters, no mid-level signing off on numbers he has never seen.

Labs drawn on-site
No driving to a separate diagnostic center. Bloodwork is done in the same room as your visit, and most routine panels are back in your portal within twenty-four hours of the draw.
Transparent self-pay
Every service has a published price. If you are uninsured or out-of-network, you will know the cost before the visit begins — not three weeks later on an Explanation of Benefits you can't read.

The clinic is on Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, two blocks north of Okeechobee Boulevard. Free patient parking is available behind the building. New patients are currently being accepted.
