01 — The Practice
A small practice, by design.
Dr. Habib Khan trained at Aga Khan University and completed his internal medicine residency in the United States before opening a single-physician clinic in West Palm Beach in 2009. The model is deliberate: a smaller panel, longer visits, and one doctor who knows your name.
We do not run a concierge mill. We do not double-book. A standard follow-up is thirty minutes — first visits run a full hour — so the conversation has room to breathe. Most diagnostics are handled in-house, which means your results are read by the same person who ordered them, often the same day.
Patients come to us for hypertension, diabetes, thyroid care, lipid management, and the quiet anxieties that do not fit on a checklist. They stay because the doctor picks up.

Indicative pricing is shown for self-pay patients. We accept most major PPO insurance plans and Medicare; co-pays are collected at the time of visit. For patients without coverage, we offer a transparent fee schedule — no surprise invoices, no facility charges, no bundled nonsense.
