Type 1 & Type 2 Diabetes
Continuous glucose monitor interpretation, insulin titration, oral agent management, and structured follow-up for A1c targets that hold up between visits — not just on the day of lab work.
Wellington, FL
Dr. Geetanjali Kale treats diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, PCOS, and women's endocrine health — with the patience of four decades of Palm Beach practice behind every appointment.
Palm Beach Diabetes and Endocrine Specialists, PA has served the Palm Beach community for over 40 years. Dr. Kale joined the practice in 2015 and brings fellowship-trained expertise in endocrinology with a focus on long-term, patient-by-patient management.
Dr. Kale received her medical degree from Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College in 2004, then completed her Internal Medicine training at The University of Miami School of Medicine, where she served as Chief Resident. She went on to complete her Endocrinology Fellowship at the University of Wisconsin Hospital.
She is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism — and specializes in the treatment of diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and women's endocrine health issues.
Her approach is unhurried: labs read in context, medications adjusted to the person sitting in front of her, and follow-up structured around how endocrine disease actually behaves over months and years — not 15-minute windows.
Indicative pricing for self-pay patients. Most commercial insurance, Medicare, and many Advantage plans accepted. Final cost depends on your plan's contracted rates.
Continuous glucose monitor interpretation, insulin titration, oral agent management, and structured follow-up for A1c targets that hold up between visits — not just on the day of lab work.
Hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, Hashimoto's, Graves', thyroid nodules, and ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration when indicated. Medication adjusted to symptoms — not just TSH alone.
DEXA scan interpretation, FRAX fracture risk assessment, and treatment plans that include calcium, vitamin D, and where appropriate, anabolic or antiresorptive therapy.
Polycystic ovarian syndrome workup, irregular cycles, androgen excess, perimenopause and menopause hormone management — addressed with the full endocrine picture in view.
Adrenal insufficiency, Cushing's syndrome, hyperaldosteronism, pituitary adenomas, and dynamic stimulation testing coordinated with imaging and surgical colleagues when needed.
Coordinated lab draws, thyroid ultrasounds, and CGM placements done in-office so you're not chasing referrals across the county. Results reviewed with you, not just mailed.
A TSH of 4.2 means one thing in a 28-year-old with irregular cycles and another in a 68-year-old on a statin. Dr. Kale reads every result against the person sitting across from her — symptoms, history, medications, and what the last three visits looked like.
You will not be rushed out the door with a prescription and a follow-up in twelve months. Endocrine disease changes; your plan should change with it.

You will see Dr. Kale — not a rotating cast of mid-levels, not a telehealth pool, not a different covering physician each quarter. Endocrine management is a relationship built over years, and that is how this practice is structured.
Refills are handled in context. Messages are returned by the clinical team that knows your case. When something changes between visits, you have someone to call who already knows your numbers.
