A practice built on time.
Dr. Buchanan opened the clinic in 2009 with a simple conviction: adults deserve a doctor who knows their name, their history, and the difference between a bad week and a bad trend. Fifteen years later, that conviction is still the operating manual.
We keep the panel small on purpose. Most primary-care offices schedule a new patient every twelve minutes; we schedule one every forty. That’s not a luxury tier — it’s how medicine is supposed to be practiced, and it’s what every patient in the room receives, regardless of insurance.
On-site labs and EKG mean most questions get answered in a single visit, not three. And when something falls outside our walls, you get a referral with a name, a number, and a reason — not a printed list and a wave goodbye.
