The chart is read before the door opens. The visit lasts as long as the visit needs to last. And when something is outside the scope of internal medicine — cardiology, orthopedics, dermatology — you get a direct referral with a phone call behind it, not just a faxed order into the void.

You see Dr. Cline at every visit, not a rotating cast of mid-levels. Your history stays in one head, not split across a network of urgent-care drop-ins.

No phone tree, no offshore call center. The front desk picks up during business hours, and after-hours messages are returned the next morning — not routed into a queue.
