Dr. Daniel E. Fortier, MD is a board-certified internist who has cared for adults across Palm Beach County since 2009. He trained at the University of Florida College of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami.
After a decade inside large hospital-owned groups, he opened a solo practice with a single premise: a doctor should be reachable, the visit should not feel like a relay race, and the chart should be more than a billing document. The practice remains intentionally small — one physician, one medical assistant, and a front desk that picks up the phone.
Patients range from young professionals managing preventive care to retirees coordinating complex cardiometabolic and endocrine conditions. Every new patient visit runs a full sixty minutes.

Transparent pricing for self-pay patients. We accept most major PPO plans and Medicare; co-pays are collected at the time of visit. Indicative cash prices below — final totals are confirmed before any service is rendered.
