A clinic the size of a conversation.
Dr. Alfredo Dosdos founded Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches in 2009 with a simple conviction: that medicine is best practiced slowly. Our Atlantis office sees a limited number of patients each day, so every visit has room to breathe — for questions, for context, for the kind of detail that does not fit on a clipboard.
We are an internal medicine practice first. That means we treat the whole adult — not a single symptom — and we keep you over years, not visits. Most of our patients have been with us for more than a decade.

A 60-minute comprehensive visit: history, full exam, blood pressure, EKG, age-appropriate screening, and a written plan for the year ahead. Includes a follow-up call to review lab results.

Our Atlantis office is open by appointment, Monday through Friday. We reserve the first two mornings of each week for new patients and the rest for follow-ups and chronic care.
