Dr. Alexander Shteiman, MD, is a board-certified internist who built this practice on a simple conviction: that diagnostic accuracy is born from time, attention, and continuity. After twenty-two years across hospital systems and group practices in South Florida, he opened a single-physician clinic in West Palm Beach where the same doctor who listens to your symptoms is the one who orders, reviews, and explains your labs.
What that means in practice: visits that run sixty minutes instead of twelve. Direct phone access to the physician between visits. Lab panels reviewed with you in person, line by line, rather than auto-forwarded through a portal. And a physician who remembers — because he was there.
This is not concierge medicine priced for the few. It is primary care priced for the patient who has stopped being heard.

Every service below is offered in-house and priced for self-pay patients. Insurance is accepted for covered services; we provide an itemized superbill on request. No hidden facility fees, no surprise billing.

After-Hours Access
Established patients receive a direct physician messaging line for urgent but non-emergency concerns outside of clinic hours. Most messages are returned within two hours during waking hours.
For life-threatening emergencies, always call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency department. This clinic is not equipped for emergency care.
New patient appointments are typically scheduled within 48 hours of request. Same-day acute visits are available most weekdays — please call before noon.
