We keep our patient panel intentionally small so your visit is never rushed. Every new patient receives a 60-minute comprehensive geriatric assessment, a full medication review, and a written care plan shared with your family and any specialists you see.

We publish our self-pay rates so families can plan. Medicare and most Medicare Advantage plans cover the clinical visits below with a standard copay; cash rates are listed for patients without secondary coverage or who prefer to pay directly.
