How to Access Our Service
Access to our Older People's Community Mental Health Team is organized through a single point of access to ensure you are directed to the right care quickly.
Generally, referrals are made by your GP or another healthcare professional. If you are concerned about your memory or mental health, please speak with your doctor first.
