Recovery is rarely linear — and never lonely.

We are a secondary mental health service, which means we support people whose needs go beyond what primary care alone can offer. Our work is evidence-based, time-limited, and built around the belief that recovery looks different for everyone.

01

Assessment that listens

We begin with a careful, unhurried assessment — understanding not just the diagnosis, but the life around it. Your story shapes the plan.

02

Treatment with evidence

Time-lited psychological interventions and treatments with a proven foundation — delivered by clinicians trained in their craft.

03

Independence, gradually

The focus of our whole service is recovery and independence — connecting you with community, voluntary, and statutory support that endures beyond our time together.

We treat the person, not just the presentation. Every team around the table brings a different lens — and that's where good care begins.

Many minds. One plan around you.

Our community teams bring together health professionals from different disciplines. Your care is never one person's opinion — it's a conversation.

From referral to recovery.

If you'd like to be seen by our team, the route in is usually through your GP, who can refer you. Here's what happens next.

Step 01

Referral

Most people reach us via their GP or another health professional. They'll send us a referral with relevant background, and we'll be in touch.

Step 02

Welcome & Assessment

You'll meet a member of the team for an initial conversation. We listen carefully — to your history, your hopes, and what's feeling hardest right now.

Step 03

A plan, written with you

Together we agree a care plan — evidence-based, time-limited, and reviewed regularly. It might include psychological interventions, medication review, practical support, or referral to community partners.

Step 04

Connection beyond us

Recovery continues after our involvement ends. We connect you with voluntary, independent, and community organisations across North East Hampshire so support carries on.

Reach out. We'll listen.

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you or someone you care for may need our support, your GP can refer — or you're welcome to call us directly to talk it through.
