Coastal Health & Wellness opened its doors in Texas City with a simple belief: that recovery and preventive care should feel close to home, not like a trip to a sterile clinic an hour away. We brought together practitioners who grew up fishing these waters, who know what the humidity does to a body in August, and who built their practice around the rhythms of life on the Gulf.
Today our center brings together IV therapy, cryotherapy, massage, infrared sauna, chiropractic care, and nutritional counseling under a single roof. Whether you are an offshore worker coming off a long rotation, a parent chasing three kids through a Galveston County summer, or a retiree looking to stay limber — our team builds a plan that fits your actual life, not a template.
