Medicine measured in hours, not minutes.
A practice built for one patient at a time.
For fifteen years I worked inside a system that rewarded volume. Coastal Concierge is my answer to that — a membership practice capped at two hundred patients, where a physical lasts ninety minutes and your physician picks up the phone.
Most internists in South Florida carry patient panels north of two thousand. Appointments are booked in twelve-minute slots, follow-ups are routed through portals, and the doctor you actually want to speak with is buried three layers deep in support staff. I built Coastal Concierge to be the inverse of that model.
Here, membership is limited to two hundred patients across Palm Beach County. That ratio is the entire premise. It is what allows me to spend a full ninety minutes on your annual physical, to return calls the same day, and to coordinate directly with cardiologists, dermatologists, and imaging centers without you acting as a courier.
The practice is located in the medical district just off Flagler Drive, with validated parking and ground-floor access for patients with mobility concerns. Visits are by appointment only — there is no waiting room, because there is no waiting.
A single membership. Everything included.
Membership is structured as an annual agreement. The fee below covers unlimited office visits, direct physician access, and the full diagnostic workup of your annual physical. Specialty referrals, hospital coordination, and after-hours care are included at no additional charge. Pricing is transparent — there are no hidden line items.
Time is the most undervalued diagnostic tool.
Modern medicine has been engineered for throughput. The average primary-care visit in the United States lasts eighteen minutes — and roughly four of those are spent on a computer. The patient speaks for eleven seconds before being interrupted.
I do not believe you can take a careful history in eleven seconds. I do not believe you can examine a heart, a thyroid, and a worried mind in twelve minutes. And I do not believe a doctor who has known you for two appointments can catch the subtle things — the slight weight loss, the new medication interaction, the fatigue you have been quietly writing off.
Coastal Concierge exists to put time back into the room. Ninety-minute physicals. Thirty-minute follow-ups. A physician who knows your name, your history, and your grandchildren's names. The model is old. The medicine is current. The combination is rare.
A space that feels residential, not clinical.
After fifteen years in a volume practice, I built the office I would want for my own family — quiet, unhurried, and answerable to the patient, not the schedule.

Coastal Concierge accepts a small number of new members each quarter. The conversation begins with a complimentary fifteen-minute introductory call — no commitment, no fee, simply a chance to see whether the practice is the right fit for you.
