Cardwell was founded in 1998 by Ray Cardwell, a second-generation plumber who learned the trade in his father's Camden shop. Today the firm runs three vans, four licensed techs, and one simple rule: the person who answers the phone is the person who shows up at your door.
We work on the unglamorous machinery that makes a house function — the furnace in the basement, the condenser on the pad out back, the water heater tucked in the closet, the supply lines behind the walls. None of it is exciting until it stops working. Then nothing else matters.
Every job gets a written estimate before we lift a wrench, a flat-rate price — never an open meter — and a one-year warranty on labor. We pull permits when the township requires them. We clean up the job site. And we don't sell you a new system when a $40 part will get you through another winter.

Every repair carries a one-year labor warranty. Installations carry the manufacturer's equipment warranty plus our own labor guarantee. If it breaks, we come back.
