Annual wellness physical
A full preventive exam — history, vitals, cardiovascular screening, depression check, and a written care plan you take home. Not a five-minute sign-off.
Calder Family Practice is an independent primary care clinic on the Gulf Coast Freeway corridor. We keep our panel small on purpose — so your appointment is thirty real minutes with the same physician who has known your chart for years, not a rotating face in a hallway.
Calder Family Practice began with a refusal — a refusal to keep scheduling forty patients into a single clinic day, to spend more time on a chart than with the person sitting on the exam table, and to send every cough, every concern, every worry off to a different building across town.
We are an independent, physician-owned practice in League City. That independence is not a marketing line. It is the reason we can hold a thirty-minute appointment to thirty minutes, run basic labs in the same hallway as the exam room, and call you back on a Tuesday afternoon with results instead of routing you through a patient portal you have not logged into since 2021.
Most of our patients live within twelve miles of the clinic — Clear Lake, Webster, Dickinson, Seabrook, Kemah. Many have been with us since the year we opened.
Swipe, scroll, or use the trackpad. Each card is a service we run in-house — no referrals, no second waiting room.

Well-child visits, school and sports physicals, immunizations, and the ear infections that always seem to start on a Friday night. Ages newborn through seventeen.
Annual well-woman exam, Pap smear, clinical breast exam, contraceptive counseling, and perimenopause management — done by a physician, not passed off.
