Burt Mendoza started this business in 1989 out of a single pickup truck, framing beach houses in Bayou Vista and replacing swamp coolers for neighbors in Texas City. Thirty-five years later, his son Ray runs the day-to-day and his granddaughter Sofia handles design and estimating — but the promise hasn't changed. One crew, one foreman, one phone number that somebody actually answers.

We keep our work to a thirty-mile radius so we can be on-site every day. That means tighter schedules, fewer surprises, and a finish you can stand behind. We pull permits, we coordinate inspections, and we don't disappear when the punch list comes back.
