Extended preventive exam including cardiovascular screening, bloodwork review, and a year-ahead health discussion.

In-House Diagnostics
EKG, spirometry, and point-of-care bloodwork drawn on-site. Most results are reviewed with you the same day, not by portal a week later.

Chronic Care Management
Ongoing management of hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, and thyroid disease — quarterly visits, between-visit check-ins included.
$180 per follow-up
Sick Visit & Acute Care
Same-day or next-day appointments for respiratory infections, minor injuries, rashes, and other acute concerns. Telehealth option available.
$160 in-person / $95 virtual
Pre-Operative Clearance
History, exam, EKG, and lab review for patients scheduled for surgery. Includes a dictated clearance letter to your surgeon within 48 hours.
