The Farmhouse Suite
Sleep beneath oak beams in a bedroom that has welcomed travellers for two hundred and forty years. Linen sheets, a deep oak bedstead, and silence you can hear.
Est. 1782 · Farmstay in South Wiltshire
Sleep beneath thick flint walls at Brickworth Farmhouse. Wake to cockerel-call, walk the fields at Whiteparish, and let the Salisbury Plain sky do the rest.
The Stay
A short story from the visitor's book at Brickworth Farmhouse — preserved exactly as written, in pencil, on a Sunday morning in October.
"We came for one night. We left four days later, with a jar of honey, mud on our boots, and an entirely new idea of what a weekend away could be."
The arrival is unremarkable on purpose. You turn off the A27, drop down Brickworth Lane, pass the dairy sheds, and there it is — flint and brick, a blue door, smoke from the chimney.
Inside, the floors slope gently. The Aga ticks. There are apples in a wooden bowl, a kettle already warm, and a handwritten note telling you which eggs are fresh and which field the dog is allowed in.
What's Included
Every stay at Brickworth Farmhouse is built around the same idea: you're not a guest in a hotel, you're a guest on a working farm.
