New Construction
Ground-up builds from slab to ridge cap. We carry the framing, the MEP rough-ins, the interior finishes, and the final punch — one contract, one superintendent, no finger-pointing.
Plate 01 — Frame-up · League City
Bob started with one truck, one ladder, and a promise that the crew who quotes the job is the crew who shows up to do it. We never grew past the point where the owner answers the phone.
We are a fourteen-person outfit working out of League City, running new builds, full renovations, and the HVAC and electrical that goes inside them. No subcontractor pyramid. The estimator is the project lead. The project lead is on the truck. The truck is in your driveway by 7:30 in the morning.
Most of our work comes from the same five Clear Lake neighborhoods — repeat clients, their neighbors, and the occasional referral from a contractor who couldn't take the job. We turn down more work than we accept, because we will not run two crews we cannot personally supervise.
What you get is a job that is walked twice — once by Bob, once by the lead on the project — before we ever hand you the invoice. We do not leave a punch list behind. We finish it.
"If the crew who quoted it isn't swinging the hammer, you hired a middleman. We don't do middlemen."
— Bob R. · Owner · Sixteen years on the truck
Five trades, one crew, one phone number. Indicative pricing below is for typical Gulf Coast homes between 1,800 and 3,200 square feet — your written estimate is the one that counts.
Ground-up builds from slab to ridge cap. We carry the framing, the MEP rough-ins, the interior finishes, and the final punch — one contract, one superintendent, no finger-pointing.
Gut to the studs and rebuild. Kitchens, baths, floors, walls, and the systems behind them. We protect what stays, demo what doesn't, and run a clean, dust-contained site.
Load-calculated installs, not rule-of-thumb tonnage. We size for Gulf Coast humidity, seal the ductwork, and balance every register before we leave. Service and replacement on existing systems too.
Panel upgrades, whole-home rewires, generator transfer switches, EV charger circuits, and code-correction work on older League City housing stock. Master electrician on every job.
Drywall, trim, paint, cabinetry, and the last ten percent that everyone else skips. This is the work that decides whether a house photographs well and lives better.
On-site walk, written scope, line-itemed pricing, and a real timeline — usually back to you inside two business days. No charge, no obligation, no salesperson at your kitchen table.
A small slice of jobs finished in the last twenty-four months across League City, Clear Lake, and Friendswood. Names changed at the owners' request — the work is the work.

Full gut, custom white-oak cabinets, induction range, and a 200-amp service upgrade to carry it. Eight weeks on site.

2,650 sq ft raised coastal, slab to ridge cap by our crew. HVAC zoned per floor, standing-seam roof, nine-month build.

1968 ranch, full knob-and-tube out, copper home-run to a 200-amp panel, ten new drops, and a generator transfer switch.

Wet-room conversion, schluter waterproofing, custom vanity, and a humidity-rated exhaust spec'd for the coast.

Detached 640 sq ft in-law suite, ADA bath, mini-split HVAC, dedicated sub-panel. Permitted, inspected, signed off in eleven weeks.
Tell us what you're trying to do. We'll walk the site, measure, and send a written estimate with line items and a timeline — usually inside two business days. No charge, no sales call.
We work League City and the immediate Gulf Coast corridor — Webster, Friendswood, Clear Lake, Kemah, Seabrook, and the Houston-Galveston stretch in between. If you're outside that arc, we'll tell you straight up and refer you out.
