Dr. Peter Rinaldi opened the studio on Connecticut Avenue in 2009, after a decade in cosmetic dentistry in Washington D.C. The idea was simple and a little stubborn: take the time a smile deserves, and offer the same unhurried care to the hair, skin and nails that frame it.
The studio runs one guest at a time. There is no waiting room chatter, no overlapping appointments, no queue for the chair. You arrive, you sit, you are the only client in the building. The team is small — Dr. Rinaldi, a senior colorist, a facialist, and a nail technician — and the room is quiet by intention.
Awards have followed, but quietly. The work has been featured in regional aesthetic journals and the studio holds a consistent place on local best-of lists. What matters more, in our view, is that the same clients return for a decade — and that their smiles still look like their smiles, only brighter.
