Pediatric & Newborn Care
Well-child checks, immunizations on the CDC schedule, newborn circumcision, and school physicals. We partner with local schools to keep kids healthy and ready.
Chronic Disease Management
Ongoing care for hypertension, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, anxiety, and asthma. Includes medication review, EKG when indicated, and quarterly check-ins with your PCP.
In-House Labs & Diagnostics
On-site phlebotomist for CBC, metabolic panels, lipid panels, A1c, and thyroid studies. Most results return within 24 hours, reviewed by Dr. Syal personally.
CDC-Approved Vaccinations
Hepatitis B, influenza, MMR, Tdap, shingles, pneumococcal, and COVID-19 vaccines for children and adults. Walk-in availability during all open hours.
Telemedicine Visits
Secure video consultations for follow-ups, medication refills, and minor concerns — ideal when you can't come in, or prefer to be seen from home.
