Adetola Ajibade, MD, is a board-certified internist who has practiced in Palm Beach County for over a decade. Her clinic was founded on a simple conviction: that adults deserve a physician who knows their history by heart, not by chart.
Trained in internal medicine at a major academic center and licensed in the State of Florida, Dr. Ajibade built her practice around longer visits, on-site labs, and direct physician access. The clinic serves adults eighteen and older across West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Lake Worth, and the greater Palm Beach County area. New patients are accepted on a rolling basis, and most major insurance plans are accepted including Medicare.

Annual physicals, risk assessments, and age-appropriate screenings form the backbone of care. Most patients avoid emergency visits when their physician knows them well enough to catch problems early.
Labs on-site.
Complete blood counts, metabolic panels, lipid panels, A1C, and urinalysis are drawn and processed in-clinic — most results returned within twenty-four hours, reviewed with you by the physician.

The standard new-patient appointment is a full hour. Follow-ups run thirty minutes. Enough time to ask every question you came in with — and the ones you didn't.

Complete new-patient paperwork online before your first visit. Bring your insurance card, photo ID, and a list of current medications.
Visit
Sixty minutes with Dr. Ajibade — full history, vitals, examination, and a conversation about what brought you in. Labs drawn same visit if needed.
Follow-Up
Lab results reviewed by phone or in person within a week. A structured plan is sent to your patient portal, with follow-ups scheduled as needed.
