Swap a builder-grade boob light for something you actually picked out. We mount fans to rated boxes, balance the blades, and wire the wall switch correctly.

Ace Handyman Services is run by Marco Delgado, a third-generation tradesman who grew up on jobsites in Camden County and started his own repair business in 2014 after fifteen years framing, finishing, and remodeling homes across South Jersey and Philadelphia.
That means you're not getting a call center, a sub-contractor rotation, or a different face every visit. You're getting the same person who picks up the phone, walks the job with you, and stands behind the work for twelve months after the invoice is paid.
We work in Cherry Hill, Haddonfield, Maple Shade, Collingswood, Pennsauken, Voorhees, Marlton, and across the river in Philadelphia — mostly older homes where the difference between a repair that lasts and one that doesn't is whether the person doing it has actually seen the problem before.
Prices below are what most jobs in that category land at — your actual quote is fixed before we start and emailed to you in writing. Trip charge inside Cherry Hill is waived on jobs over $200; outside the 15-mile radius we charge a $45 fuel/trip fee.

A text when we're leaving the last job, a text when we're pulling onto your street. We bring the tools, the drop cloths, and a shop vac — you don't prep anything except clearing the area.
Cardboard out, floor swept, tools packed. You get an emailed receipt and a 12-month labor warranty on the work. If something we installed comes loose, we come back — no charge, no argument.
Same-day callback for messages left before 4pm. Weekend availability for emergency repairs — burst supply lines, doors that won't lock, ceiling leaks we can stabilize until a plumber arrives.
