Fresh produce, made-to-order deli sandwiches, and the late-night essentials you forgot to grab on the way home. Six in the morning to one after midnight, every day of the year.

“We don't try to be everything to everybody. We try to be the one place on this block that's open when you actually need it.”
7 Food Mart opened in 2006, when the Kim family took over a tired corner unit on Chapel Avenue and turned it into the kind of store the neighborhood actually walks to. Three generations have worked these aisles. The produce is bought twice a week from a co-op in Hammonton. The deli slicer has been running since the first Tuesday.
We're not a chain and we don't pretend to be. What we are is consistent — coffee hot by 6 AM, sandwiches rolled to order, lottery tickets, paper towels, the milk you forgot, and a hello that remembers your name the second time you come in.
A short list of what's on the shelf this week. Prices shift with the season and what the produce co-op sends us, but these are honest numbers — not a circular.
Cappacuolo, prosciuttini, salami, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, oil & vinegar on a seeded roll. Cut however you like it.
Taylor ham, two fried eggs, American cheese on a hard roll. Served until 11 AM, but we'll make it later if you ask nice.
Picked Tuesday, on the shelf Wednesday. Jersey grown, vine-ripened, sold by the pound. Limited quantity — they go fast.
Six ears, husked that morning, from a family farm in Salem County. Best eaten the day you buy it — we mean it.
Don't call it that. Fresh-brewed all day, regular or decaf, with cream and sugar stations. Free refills until noon.
Glass bottle, brewed in Philly. We keep it in the back fridge so it's actually cold. Grab a two-pack for the road.
Wawa brand, dated at least a week out. We get a fresh delivery every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning.
Jarred in Vineland, made from the same Hammonton tomatoes we sell at the front. Marinara or arrabbiata, 24oz jar.
Bounty, the kind that actually picks things up. We also keep single rolls behind the counter if you only need one.
We're on the north side of Chapel Avenue, between the dry cleaner and the nail salon, three blocks east of the Ellisburg Circle. Look for the lit sign in the window and the sandwich board out front.
Parking is on the street or in the small lot behind the building — turn down the alley next to the dry cleaner, six spaces, first come. The side entrance stays unlocked until close.
